as well as select properties from Shinnecock Canal to Amagansett.

Simon Harrison Real Estate is a full service, independent real estate brokerage company that specializes in homes, land, rentals, commercial properties and other real estate related investments. Their main office is on The Long Wharf, which is a natural extension of Main Street, in Sag Harbor Village, which is the seaside town in the epicenter of all The Hamptons. The firm utilizes the same data management systems technology in combination with all the traditional approaches to Real Estate Brokerage used by the leaders in the industry, as well as local back end data streams all so vital in today's speed of business. Apart from staying connected with all the important firms conducting business in The Hamptons, there are many things that Simon Harrison Real Estate does differently. As an independent firm, Simon Harrison Real Estate is able to adjust to special situations quickly and efficiently, and do so while motivating the entire brokerage community to the same end.

Introducing Our Office Staff

Simon Harrison-extension #120
Went to Brooklyn Tech for Architecture and Engineering, then studied Economics at New York University, and has lived year round in the Hamptons ever since.  From small and medium renovations to designing and building new houses in Sagaponack and on Lily Pond... Simon has brokered new and used houses, raw acreage, individual lots, agricultural reserves, single family houses, multifamily houses, mixed use developments, minor and major subdivisions, condos, pre-construction projects, historic and landmark properties, Main Street commercial buildings, restaurants, stores, offices, pond front, creek front, bay front, oceanfront, farmland, forests and even underwater land.

Simon started in Real Estate Brokerage on Main Street in Sag Harbor with Harbor Cove Realty, and stayed at that firm for 15 years. One winter he went back to school in Hollywood and San Diego, where Simon studied staging, contract law, development strategies, property management, financing, appraisal methods, guerrilla marketing, digital photography, earthquake engineering, internet marketing, and as a licensed California Broker, some more street level economics through "fast food real estate brokerage" at Dyson & Dyson in Del Mar and Encinitas. Both of his former associated firms were absorbed by a corporate franchise.

After applying  new marketing principles and strategies as a licensed California Real Estate Broker for a year,  Simon came back home to Sag Harbor and married his prom date Stephanie, and they had a son named Colin. They live in Sag Harbor, and occasionally vacation in Maine as well as various parts of the Carribean.

Simon's commercial sales include the old Harbor Cove Realty building, (now the century 21office), the JLX Bistro building, The 14 unit condo building called The Sag Harbor Beach Club, a motel in Hampton Bays, #2 and #8 Main Street which houses  La Superica, the Cigar bar, Stems, a Barber Shoppe, and the former Chelsea Crossings one hour photo...and the last 27 acres on the right just before you get to Sagg Main Beach, which is still farmed...

Ruggero Garsetti-
extension #111

After a long career (17 years) managing the family restaurant in Manhattan, Ruggero packed up his family and moved to the wild frontier of East Hampton. “It’s been a good move. East Hampton is one of the most beautiful villages in the US and to be able to work and live here has been a true blessing,” he says. “But anytime you crave the occasional excitement of the big city, Manhattan is a two hour car ride away.”

His real passion is in Real Estate. “Nowhere in the world can you find homes that overlook vineyards, bay fronts, the ocean and farmlands all in the same area. One day you can show off a 200 year old farmhouse and the next a modern abstract home of a completely different design and feel. In the Hamptons you can also find the worlds most interesting characters from local baymen and farmers, movie stars and the movers and shakers of the business world”.

He lives in the Springs area of East Hampton. His family includes his wife Margaret, a teacher at Springs School, son Andrew, a student at East Hampton High and two dogs Luigi and Lydia. His hobbies include wine collecting, traveling (numerous trips to beautiful Italy), gardening and cooking. He is currently also involved in building a website  www.aVillaInParadise.com that features luxury villa rentals throughout the world.

Patrick A. Denis-extension #115

Patrick A. Denis attended Rhode Island School of Design for Photography and Painting.   I've always loved Architecture and Geography as well and Real Estate combines these principles to bring forth the negotiation process.   The East End is probably the most unique area in the country with all its intrinsic designs.  In the search for a home, Patrick listens to the criteria of customers as well as the needs of clients to instinctively equal a good investment.  Being in Simon's office in Sag Harbor we have the inventory to search properties from the canal in Southampton to the point in Montauk, making us adaptable to buyers and sellers needs.  Living in the Hamptons, Patrick is an avid music fan and  enjoys kayaking, surfing and skiing.  He would like to pursue more in the arts and aspires to one day sail the beautiful bays that surround the Harbor.

Nina Coltrane Vlack-extension #101
Born in NYC and graduated School of Visual Arts in 1988.  Since I was a child we had our summer house in the Hampton's.  We grew up on the beaches of East Hampton and Amagansett. Always looking forward to the group evening clam & mussel bakes at the  Bay, we grew to love the local community and all it had to offer.  After having my travel bug scratched (43 countries and counting...) and a five year stint in Japan, I moved back East with my son and had the choice to stay in NYC or move to the Hampton's full time.  It was a no brainer for me, good schools, fresh air and plenty of room to run around was the only option in my mind for raising my child.  Going on 9 years full time in what I consider paradise, I have worked in Real Estate for the last 7.  Although I am not a Real Estate Agent, I feel my knowledge of Real Estate in the Hampton area could match a lot of the agents at the top firms in the area.  I enjoy brainstorming with the agents in my office to find the perfect properties for all our customers.
